1. Free Test Series & Resources
Teamsprep.com may offer certain mock tests, practice questions, or learning resources free of charge.
As no payment is collected for such offerings, no refund policy applies to free services.
2. Paid Test Series, Courses & Subscriptions
a. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests for paid test series, premium question banks, or subscription plans will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.

The user has not attempted more than 5% of the total tests/questions.

The user has not downloaded premium materials or accessed full-length mock exams.
b. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Significant usage of tests, mock exams, analytics reports, or premium content.

Accessing or attempting full-length mock tests or exam simulations.

Refund request submitted after 7 days from the date of payment.

Purchase made using discounted plans, coupon codes, or special offers.

Non-usage or incomplete usage due to personal reasons, lack of preparation, or exam strategy changes.

Technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or browser settings.
3. Service Modification or Cancellation by Teamsprep
In rare cases where Teamsprep.com discontinues, significantly modifies, or cancels a paid service due to operational or technical reasons, users may be offered:

A partial or full refund, or
-
Access to an alternative test series or upgraded plan at no additional cost
The decision will be made at Teamsprep’s sole discretion.
